Does the float bowl have fuel.Sounds like a sticky fuel needle.Try tapping on the float bowl.Sometimes this will vibrate it loose.Open the drain screw.Does fuel flow out?If not its stuck. Are the vent holes in the fuel tank blocked? [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
