  Value is in the eyes of the beholder. A  1973 C70 with title just sold on e bay in Cleveland, Ohio for over $2,800.00 last week, I was watching it in hopes of a good buy. Per the pictures it looked nice. Would I pay that for it NO WAY, but a lot of bidders wanted it. If you need it or want it
